Lindab Guttering Abbreviated Product Codes Explained

Lindab is a Swedish product, so from an English perspective we won’t try to explain what the first part of their abbreviated code means, however once you get your head around them, they are a handy identifier to help you understand what they represent. Each code has three sections. The first part is the product identifier for example, a BKM is a conical downpipe bend. The second part of the code is the size. This may refer to more than one dimension so sticking with the BKM, these can come in the different downpipe sizes and in different angles. So, a BKM7075 is a 70 degree angle and 75mm in diameter. The last part of the code is the colour/finish. For example, Majestic Galvanised is ZM. The entire code on this one product then would be BKM7075MG. Remember BKM - Product Identifier, 70 - Angle/Pitch, 75 - Diameter, MG - Finish.
