How close to the sea can I install Lindab in the UK?

Yes, there is a limit!

This question comes up again and again, and the answer very simply is; 200m. If you are within 200m of the sea, and you are thinking of installing Lindab guttering, your warranty will be void. The product is made from steel, which even in its galvanised form will be affected by the salt in the air (salinity) from the sea. It obviously wont just disintegrate within days of you having Lindab installed, but the constant weathering with a higher salt content will most certainly affect the life span of the product.
